Role Description Location- Warsaw, (Hybrid 3days a week to office) Hiring- Permanent Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java Frameworks to design and develop scalable microservices based applications Mandatory Skills : Core Java, Multi-threading, Algorithms & Data Structures, Kafka, Kubernetes, Amazon AWS, gRPC, Investment Banking (ideally Risk) Job Description Develop and maintain enterpriselevel applications using Java and related frameworksDesign microservices architecture to ensure modularity and scalabilityUtilize Spring and SpringMVC frameworks for building robust backend servicesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new featuresEnsure high performance and responsiveness of applicationsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processesTroubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of microservices using Java and Spring frameworksArchitect solutions that are scalable maintainable and secureMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the teamCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure adherence to best practices in coding testing and deploymentConduct performance tuning and optimization of applicationsStay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them when appropriate to improve application efficiency
