Infrastructure Manager

Infrastructure / Platform Engineering Manager / Lead We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure / platform engineering Manager / Lead to lead our team. You'll combine technical leadership with people management, driving platform strategy, developer experience, reliability, automation, and engineering excellence. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys coaching engineers while remaining technically involved. What you'll do Lead and develop a team of Platform Engineers & SREs (3–4 FTE)Own the platform roadmap and engineering strategyDrive automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and cloud reliabilityPartner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture to improve developer productivityStay hands-on with Azure platform engineering and cloud architecture What we're looking for 10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure3+ years leading engineering teamsStrong experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD and cloud-native platformsBackground in Microsoft technologies, Azure Microservices, AngularPassion for developer experience, automation, and modern engineering practicesFluent in English If you're excited about building a world-class engineering platform while leading a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
