Summary The Software Developer III is a key technical contributor who leads the architectural design and technical decision-making for the entire system. You will lead structural improvements with long-term maintainability in mind and transform business requirements into sophisticated technical strategies. Based on excellent communication skills, you will lead the team’s collaborative culture and provide mentoring to support the growth of junior developers. You will exercise problem-solving leadership during complex failure situations to enhance the organization’s technical credibility. Job Duties Architect and operate Python & FastAPI-based automation systemsDesign and stabilize data pipelines integrating Amazon SP-API and internal systemsImprove and guide best practices for Selenium-based automation workflowsDesign and operate AWS-based internal software systemsImprove frontend architecture using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSSDefine and maintain Vercel-based frontend deployment strategiesDesign and optimize PostgreSQL database structuresImprove system performance, scalability, and reliabilityEstablish code quality and review standardsMentor Software Developer I and II engineersAct as a technical leader during incidents and critical issues Skills High proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience in designing and operating complex systemsExperience in REST API and automation architecture designExperience in AWS-based service design and operationExperience in PostgreSQL and relational DB design and optimizationUnderstanding of large-scale front-end structures using React and Next.jsUnderstanding of CI/CD and deployment environmentsAbility to explain and justify technical trade-offs; strong mentoring and technical leadership skills Requirements 6+ years of professional experience in a relevant fieldKorean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking and writing skills, and advanced understanding skillsExperience taking ownership of system-level units in a production environmentProven track record of structurally solving complex technical problemsExperience in designing for service stability and long-term maintainabilityStrong communication skills that earn the trust of the team and organizationU.S. work authorization requiredNew employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
