Sourcing Manager – IT & Indirect team

Now, as the journey continues, we’re looking for a driven and strategic IT Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. About the job As an IT Sourcing Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of key sourcing categories within the IT and indirect domain. You will be a trusted strategic partner to business stakeholders and executives, translating their needs into effective category and sourcing strategies. You will have a clear mandate to challenge existing ways of working and uncover new opportunities for savings and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and indirect, to secure cost savings, quality, supplier innovation and efficient risk managementLead competitive procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and manage contract negotiationsPerform contract management for the vendors within your categories, and identifying saving opportunities in cooperation with internal stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, Sustainability) to align sourcing with organizational needsProvide market intelligence, spend analysis, and insights to support strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with company policies, legal, regulatory, and sustainability standards Who are you?e, preferably within IT souring or similar To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe that you bring the following experience: Relevant work experience within IT sourcing or a similar field Experience of working with various types of agreements and price models within both IT and indirect sourcing categories Experience of managing sourcing projects Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Have relevant higher degree from university or similar And, as for personal qualifications, we believe that you: Have a ‘challenger mindset’ and want to do things smarter and more efficiently Are used to take ownership and independently drive activities across the finish line Excellent negotiation and communication skills Have a structured way of working and thrive in building relationships Have strong analytical and commercial sense A few words from your new manager Hi, I'm Anders Sjöström, Head of IT & Indirect Sourcing at Tele2.
