DevOps Engineer- MS Dynamics 365

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the delivery and operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within a large international organization. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated deployment processes, managing environments, and ensuring reliable delivery across Dynamics 365 platforms, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD & Release Management Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 solutions.Automate build, testing, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps.Manage source control, branching strategies, and release processes.Coordinate deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.Environment Administration Provision, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 environments.Support environment refreshes, data migrations, and configuration management.Monitor platform performance, availability, and overall stability.Investigate and resolve deployment and environment-related issues.Automation & Platform Improvements Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar technologies.Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.Integrate testing, security checks, and code quality controls into CI/CD workflows.Engineering Collaboration Work closely with development teams to support build and release activities.Promote DevOps best practices and standardization across projects.Collaborate with architects and technical leads on deployment and platform strategies.Security & Governance Manage environment access and permissions.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.Support deployment-related compliance and operational controls.Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.Analyze and optimize deployment performance and reliability.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DevOps processes and platform maturity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in a DevOps role within the Microsoft ecosystem.Hands-on experience with:Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement)Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards)CI/CD practices and deployment automationScripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar). Nice to Have Experience with Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS).Familiarity with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Knowledge of Azure services such as Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and App Services.Understanding of Git branching strategies and release workflows.Experience with automated testing frameworks.
