By using SprintSuite, mining contractors can focus on delivering successful projects instead of managing fragmented processes and paperwork. Role Description The DevOps professional at SprintSuite will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the cloud infrastructure that powers the platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Day-to-day tasks include managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve release processes and operational efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing observability tools, and contributing to infrastructure-as-code practices to support rapid and safe changes. This is a full-time remote role, requiring close coordination with distributed team members across time zones using modern collaboration tools. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in cloud platforms and infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation).Candidates should possess skills in CI/CD and automation (e.g., Git-based workflows, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, build and deployment scripting).Candidates should possess skills in containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or similar technologies).Candidates should possess skills in monitoring, logging, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks, or equivalent tools).Candidates should possess skills in security and reliability practices (e.g., secrets management, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and basic networking concepts).Relevant qualifications include experience supporting SaaS or enterprise platforms, working in cross-functional engineering teams, and applying DevOps best practices in production environments.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
