Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across our platforms. You will own CI/CD pipelines, release processes, incident response, and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable delivery. What You Will Do Prioritize automation over manual work; eliminate toil through tooling and process improvements.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery.Own release management and deployment processes.Design, build, and maintain team CI/CD pipelines.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.2nd-Level Support; handle incidents and problem management, participate in on-call rotations and respond to high-priority events.Dispatching and Coordination; prioritize and route tasks effectively, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.Ownership and Seniority; bring seasoned expertise and technical judgment, take ownership of critical tasks and projects end-to-end. What You Bring Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years in DevOps/SRE (ideally in containerized environments).Deep experience with Linux and containers (Docker, Podman, OpenShift/Kubernetes).Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling.Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and ability to work independently.Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.Excellent verbal and written English.CI/CD: GitLab CI, Ansible (experience building pipelines and automation), ArgoCD, Helm.Languages/Scripting: Java or C++, Python, Bash.Streaming/Data: Kafka (thorough knowledge).Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK,Databases/Directory: LDAP/OUD, MySQL.
