EPAM is seeking a skilled Senior Java Software Developer with Kafka and Flink to join an established engineering team delivering strategic regulatory reporting solutions for a top-tier global investment bank. The platform sits at the heart of the bank's operations — processing millions of messages daily under strict SLAs to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting to global regulators. You'll collaborate with distributed teams across Krakow, Wrocław, and London — a community of open-minded, highly motivated professionals who genuinely care about quality.
