The Opportunity Highspring is looking for a Front-End Developer (React) to join one of our delivery squads and contribute to high-impact digital modernization projects. You'll contribute to large-scale digital modernization initiatives-helping teams migrate capabilities, evolve customer-facing experiences, and deliver high-quality web applications on ambitious delivery timelines. What You'll Do Build and enhance modern, responsive user interfaces using React (hooks) and contemporary front-end patterns.Collaborate with cross-functional teammates (product, design, QA, and engineering) in an Agile/Scrum environment.Integrate and consume REST and/or GraphQL APIs to deliver performant, reliable features.Contribute to application quality through clean code practices, peer reviews, and thoughtful refactoring.Support maintainable state management approaches (e.g., Redux or Context API) aligned with team standards.Help improve developer experience through tooling, reusable components, and documentation. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in delivery-focused teams.Clear communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Core Skills Required Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).Solid experience with React.js, including hooks and component architecture.Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).Experience integrating APIs (REST / GraphQL).Familiarity with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).Experience with Git and modern branching workflows.Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ce que vous ferez Concevoir et améliorer des interfaces modernes et responsives avec React (hooks) et des pratiques front-end actuelles.Collaborer avec des collègues pluridisciplinaires (produit, design, QA, ingénierie) en mode Agile/Scrum.Intégrer et consommer des API REST et/ou GraphQL afin de livrer des fonctionnalités performantes et fiables.Contribuer à la qualité (revues de code, bonnes pratiques, refactorisation) et à la maintenabilité du produit.Participer à la mise en place d'approches de gestion d'état (Redux ou Context API) alignées sur les standards de l'équipe.Améliorer l'expérience développeur via l'outillage, la réutilisabilité des composants et la documentation.
