Full Stack Engineer

Requirements Deliverables: Java Spring Boot backend services. React user interface enhancements. Smile CDR FHIR implementation and configuration. AWS HealthLake integration and data synchronization. FHIR APIs supporting provider, practitioner, organization, healthcare service, and location resources. SMART on FHIR authentication and authorization implementation. REST API development and documentation. Provider directory search enhancements using OpenSearch. Real-time read/write provider synchronization. Master data management integration services. Hospital information system integration components. Cloud-native AWS deployment artifacts. CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation. Unit tests, integration tests, API tests, and technical documentation. Deployment support, production implementation, and operational knowledge transfer. Must Haves: Senior Full Stack software development experience delivering complex healthcare, cloud, integration, or digital health modernization projects. Extensive Java and Spring Boot microservices development experience. Experience designing and developing REST APIs and FHIR APIs. Hands-on experience with Smile CDR implementation and customization. Experience with AWS HealthLake and FHIR repository implementation. Experience developing healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR R4/R4B, SMART on FHIR, HL7v2, OAuth2/OIDC, and JWT. Experience integrating healthcare applications with Provider Registry, Master Data Management systems, and the EPIC EHR, Meditech and CernerExperience with Central Intake hubs such as RICOH and NovariExperience implementing advanced provider directory search using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
