Mid QA Engineer

Job Description Find, investigate, record, document, and monitor bugs using structured QA best practicesCreate and execute test cases with a broad, thorough approach to testingRead and analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documentsCommunicate effectively and efficiently with the development teamGather evidence and demonstrate comprehensive understanding when creating bug reportsDesign and execute regression test suites and perform system testingPerform basic API testing and expert-level frontend testingExecute testing at all stages of the software development life cycleReview test cases prepared by other team membersProvide estimation on assigned tasksParticipate in QA planning and review meetings, contributing ideas and updatesOffer continuous improvement ideas and feedback on QA and company processesEnsure the product meets a high standard of quality and fulfils business requirementYour Profile 3–4 years of testing experience in the industryStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience in functional, integration, module, and regression testingExperience writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test casesDeep knowledge of web application testingExperience with data validation, including applied knowledge of data types and their testing specificsProven experience working on complex projectsStrong troubleshooting skills and close attention to detailAbility and willingness to conduct manual testsAbility to work on a team with minimal supervisionExperience working within an Agile/Scrum development processKnowledge of databases (MS-SQL)Excellent command of English and GreekResponsible, accountable, and comfortable owning your workNice to Haves Automation experience with Selenium or similar toolsMicrosoft SSRSVSTS/Azure DevOpsExperience with Redis or AzureVirtualization experienceBenefits 22 days annual leaveProvident FundMedical InsuranceHybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH)Flexible Working Hours (Monday to Thursday 8-5, Fridays 8-2)Lunch SchemeSupportive and collaborative working environment
