Job Description: As a DevOps Engineer at Phonely, you will surely own the mission-critical AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure powering real-time voice AI. You'll build resilient GitOps pipelines, write async Python code, and architect systems for extreme low latency. What you will do: - Design and operate highly reliable AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters end-to-end, ensuring low-latency performance for real-time voice systems. - Implement GitOps-driven deployment workflows using ArgoCD and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to maintain scalable, auditable production environments. - Surely, you will develop observability systems and lead incident response, writing async Python code to bridge the gap between infrastructure and application logic. The ideal candidate: - Brings 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering, specifically managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters and AWS environments at scale. - Possesses strong programming skills in Python, particularly with FastAPI and asynchronous web applications, to build and maintain internal APIs. - Demonstrates a proven track record in architecting CI/CD pipelines, IAM security, and monitoring solutions within high-pressure, high-growth startups.
