Responsibilities Design, build, and evolve our web platform that delivers AI-driven investment research to institutional usersIndependently own features end to end — from architecture and implementation to testing and deploymentDevelop and refine core platform capabilities across both frontend and backendTranslate product requirements and research workflows into robust, maintainable, and scalable systemsWork closely with FDE teams to integrate AI agents and research workflows into the platformContinuously improve the platform's performance, reliability, and user experience as the product iterates Requirements Strong full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of shipping web applications independentlyAbility to take a feature from idea to production with minimal supervisionSolid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API designProficiency in modern web frameworks and backend languages (e.g., React/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar)Strong engineering fundamentals: data modeling, performance optimization, and code qualityStrong interest in AI agents, LLMs, and AI-native productsStrong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership Preferred Qualifications Experience building complex, data-intensive, or professional workflow productsExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practicesHands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or agent workflowsBackground in fintech, investment research, or financial data productsExperience in technology startup or high-growth environments What You'll Get Work closely with AI, investment research, and international teamsParticipate in building AI systems used in real investment workflowsHigh-impact role within a lean and fast-growing companyFlat organizational structure and strong long-term growth opportunities
