Senior Full-Stack Developer — Build Our POS & Operations Platform (Phuket or Bangkok, Thailand) Oto Kids Play Park is a growing multi-branch family entertainment business in Phuket. We've designed and prototyped a complete POS and operations platform — till, F&B, events/parties, memberships, multi-branch inventory, child-safety check-in, unified inbox (email/chat/social in one place with AI triage), scheduling, task management, HR, and reporting. Now we need the person who takes it from prototype to production. What you'll do Own the full build: production backend, database architecture, and hardening of the existing React frontend prototypeBuild out the operations suite: unified inbox with AI-assisted triage, staff scheduling, task management, and maintenance workflowsImplement multi-branch architecture, offline-first sync for POS terminals, and hardware integrations (receipt/wristband printers, QR scanners, kiosks)Integrate third-party APIs (messaging channels, payments, AI/LLM APIs)Work directly with the owner — no middle layers, fast decisions, real product ownershipShip iteratively into live venues and support what you build Location Ideally based in Phuket (or willing to relocate — we'll help make it easy)Bangkok-based candidates also considered, with regular visits to our Phuket venuesMust be based in Thailand — this is not a remote-overseas role What we're looking for 5+ years full-stack experience; strong TypeScript/Node.js and React/Next.jsSolid PostgreSQL and API design skills; experience with multi-tenant or multi-location systems a big plusExperience with POS, payments, offline-first apps, or messaging/inbox integrations strongly preferredSelf-directed — you can take a spec and deliver without hand-holdingEnglish working proficiency What we offer Competitive salary (฿90,000–130,000/month depending on experience)Greenfield production build with the design work already doneDirect impact — your system runs the business day one Apply with your CV and links to systems you've built and shipped.
