Technical Delivery Lead - OpenShift & DevOps

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join a global enterprise environment and drive the delivery, evolution, and reliability of modern platform and DevOps services. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes and DevOps practices with the ability to coordinate technical initiatives, engage stakeholders, mentor engineers and drive successful delivery. What you'll do Lead the delivery of platform and DevOps initiatives in a complex enterprise environmentAct as a technical leader for OpenShift and Kubernetes-based platformsCollaborate with engineering teams, architects and business stakeholders to define priorities and drive executionSupport platform reliability, incident management and continuous improvement activitiesGuide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharingDrive automation, CI/CD and operational excellence initiativesParticipate in technical decision-making and platform roadmap discussionsEnsure successful delivery of platform-related projects and enhancements What we're looking for Strong experience with OpenShift and KubernetesBackground in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Cloud InfrastructureExperience leading technical initiatives and coordinating engineering teamsHands-on knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similarGood understanding of Linux environments and containerized platformsExperience working with stakeholders and managing technical deliveryStrong problem-solving and incident management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work across distributed teams Nice to have Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Terraform or AnsibleCloud exposure (AWS, Azure or GCP)Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environmentsOpenShift or Kubernetes certificationsFrench language - B2 Why join?
