Founding Engineer (Full-Time | San Francisco | New Deployment Function)

We're hiring a Founding Engineer profile for an enterprise AI company scaling a new forward deployed engineering function.
The company has raised more than $50M and is building AI systems for one of the largest and most operationally complex markets in the world.
Its platform is already used by major insurers and enterprise operators.
You will help set the standard for how deployments are scoped, built, launched, and converted into platform improvements.
The opportunity combines the ownership of an early team member with the resources, customer demand, and technical ambition of a well-funded company.
📍 Location: San Francisco Mission office, on-site Monday through Friday
💰 Comp Range: $165K to $250K base plus competitive equity
