Product Engineer (TypeScript) | London | £120,000 | 3 days on-site - Old Street We're partnering with a seed-funded AI platform helping charities and non-profits run more effectively, think safeguarding, funding applications, bookings, grants, and statutory reporting, for organisations that have historically been underserved by decent software. The engineering team is small by design, currently 10 people, with no daily scrum and no design documents. Everyone ships, everyone thinks about the product, and the work genuinely matters to the people using it: over 1,500 charities and 45 foundations already rely on the platform, and it's powering £55m of charitable funding annually, growing 4x year on year. They're now hiring a Product Engineer to take on real ownership across the stack, someone who wants to be close to the product, close to the users, and trusted to make good decisions without layers of process getting in the way.
