About The Role We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team at SOCCA GROUP GmbH. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation digital platform, SOCCAMATRIX. This platform aims to centralize and streamline the complex logic behind our sports clubs, teams, trainers, inquiries, and bookings, providing a scalable and intuitive interface for both internal teams and our customers. As part of our innovative environment, you will work closely with product owners and external technical partners to translate business requirements into high-quality, performant applications. Your contributions will influence the core architecture of our platform, ensuring it remains flexible, modular, and future-ready. Qualifications Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong skills in both frontend and backend development, capable of working across the entire application stack.Initial experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS, particularly in building maintainable, type-safe, and modular backend and full-stack applications within a domain-driven architecture.Solid practical knowledge of modern frontend development, with a focus on customer portals, admin interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools.Experience with backend API development, data modeling, validation, authorization, and system integrations.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, including transactional data handling, relational modeling, migrations, and optimized query design for performance and load management.Understanding of API-first development principles, including REST contract design, versioned endpoints, and clear separation of frontend and backend responsibilities, all within a modular cloud architecture (Azure).Structured and meticulous working style, with an emphasis on scalability and maintainability of code.Enthusiasm to contribute to a small, agile tech team from the outset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.Motivation to grow professionally, regardless of whether you are starting your career or bringing extensive experience; your level of responsibility will align with your skills and motivation.
