Forward Deployed Engineer - Enterprise AI Transformation - Munich - 150k We’re looking for engineers who want to operate at the intersection of AI, engineering, and enterprise transformation strategy. This role is for people who enjoy solving complex operational problems, working directly with clients, and deploying production-grade AI systems in high-impact environments. You’ll work closely with enterprise stakeholders to design, build, and scale AI applications across workflows, operations, and strategic decision-making processes. What you’ll work on: Building and deploying LLM-powered applicationsDesigning agentic workflows and AI copilotsDeveloping RAG architectures and orchestration systemsEmbedding directly with client teams to understand operational pain pointsTranslating business ambiguity into scalable technical systemsTaking solutions from prototype → productionWorking across cloud infrastructure, APIs, enterprise systems, and modern AI tooling Core requirements: Strong software or ML engineering foundation with Python experienceHands-on experience with modern AI tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, Semantic Kernel, etc.)Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, and AI agentsCloud experience across AWS / Azure / GCPConsulting experience is requiredFluent German and English are requiredStrong communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing environmentsNice to have: • Experience at an AI-native company• Background in digital strategy, digital transformation, or transaction advisory• Exposure to private equity or enterprise transformation projects• Experience operating in fast-moving startup or consulting environments We’re looking for builders who like deploying quickly, owning outcomes end-to-end, and working closely with decision-makers inside enterprise organizations.
