What You'll Be Doing Driving process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and product quality.Leading root cause investigations and implementing sustainable corrective actions.Supporting manufacturing processes through continuous technical improvements.Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to deliver operational excellence.Identifying opportunities to improve OEE, reduce waste and optimise manufacturing performance.Supporting process validation, equipment improvements and engineering projects.Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to introduce new technologies and best practices. About You: We're looking for someone who is passionate about manufacturing and enjoys solving problems within a production environment. Ideally you'll have: Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in an Engineering discipline.Previous experience within a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or similar engineering position.Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.A strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and root cause analysis.Knowledge of OEE, TPM, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies would be advantageous.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
