About The Role We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to collaborate on the design, automation, and management of our cloud-based infrastructure on AWS. You will work closely with our engineering teams to streamline software compilation, delivery, and operational processes—ensuring a secure, scalable, and reliable environment that supports millions of transactions per day. Key Responsibilities Automate and manage cloud environments, with a primary focus on AWSDesign, deploy, and maintain systems for metrics, logging, and monitoringManage CI/CD pipelines and optimize release engineering workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system issues across environmentsDesign and enforce Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies usingcloud-native servicesImplement system hardening and security configurations across services and operatingsystemsMaintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code practices, automating operational processesContinuously assess and improve systems performance, scalability, and securityContribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and team development Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience building, deploying, and managing highly scalable infrastructure Expertise using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket pipeline, Jenkins, Spinnaker) in distributed environments Expertise in Kubernetes (preferably CKA certified) for service orchestration and deployment Strong scripting or programming skills in tools such as Terraform, Python, Bash, or YAMLHands-on experience with AWS servicesProficiency with source control systems like Bitbucket or GitHub and tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) Solid understanding of DevSecOps, including implementation of "shift-left security" and integration of security scanners into CI/CD pipelines Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageHighly self-motivated and directedTeam-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environmentAble to work with different cultures and communicate with international teams Hamsa is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a fair, inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives strengthen our mission.
