We are seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer, where you will contribute as an individual contributor to an enterprise AI platform that helps large organizations plan, design, and govern human-plus-AI work models through integrated financial forecasting, connecting workforce and operational data so leaders can determine how human and digital labor work together to drive outcomes.
You will own features from concept through production deployment.
You'll build and scale enterprise AI software across a modern React and Python technology stack while partnering closely with product, design, and leadership stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Ship product features on a fast cadence across the React frontend and FastAPI/Postgres backend.Own features from initial "rough Figma plus a problem statement" through to being deployed and demoed to an executive audience.Partner closely with design, product, and the founder to define scope and priorities for new capabilities.Design and implement APIs, including associated database migrations, while ensuring consistency across frontend and backend.Build and refine UI components in the React/Vite/shadcn stack with attention to product requirements and usability.Manage deployments for the features you own, ensuring stability and reliability in production environments.Use AI coding tools actively as part of your standard development workflow.Apply a pragmatic approach to distinguish what is demo-grade versus what requires additional hardening for production.Contribute to early-stage product development in a fast-moving environment where code is shipped regularly.Work with light-touch prompts and evals initially, with room to grow into more advanced LLM-systems responsibilities.
Requirements:
5+ years of production experience in software engineering, ideally gained in an early-stage startup or a product-focused team.Proven experience personally owning product features end-to-end, from concept through production; able to walk through these in detail.Production work in either React/TypeScript or Python, with the willingness and ability to ramp quickly on the other stack.Experience developing production-grade software, APIs, user interfaces, and database-driven applications.Active, fluent use of AI coding tools, demonstrated in live exercises or practical examples.Comfort working with ambiguity in requirements and favoring rough-but-shipped delivery over polished-but-late outcomes.Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity.Strong problem-solving, execution, collaboration, and product-thinking skills.
Benefits:
Direct ownership of high-impact features used by enterprise customers.Opportunity to shape the future of AI-enabled workforce planning and human-plus-AI operating models.Exposure to enterprise AI systems, AI governance strategies, workforce intelligence platforms, digital labor forecasting, and responsible AI initiatives.A clear path toward deeper work in LLM systems, AI infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and advanced AI product development.Significant visibility and collaboration with product leadership, founders, enterprise stakeholders, and AI experts.Long-term career growth and internal advancement opportunities.
