Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and Azure cloud services.
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
You will lead infrastructure automation initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with development teams to establish best practices for cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and manage Azure resourcesBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and application release cyclesManage Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure including VMs, App Services, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)/ACS (AWS Kubernetes Service), databases, and networkingImplement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using third-party tools such as DataDog.Establish and enforce infrastructure security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery proceduresMentor junior DevOps engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the organizationCollaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize application performanceLead infrastructure planning and capacity management initiatives; document architecture decisions
Required Qualifications
Professional DevOps or infrastructure engineering experienceHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principlesProduction experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud services and resourcesStrong proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python)Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or similar tools)Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Cloud container servicesExperience with infrastructure monitoring and observability toolsStrong knowledge of cloud security, network architecture, and identity management

The salary range in Poland for this position is 150,000.00 to 187,000.00 PLN Annual.
For sales roles, this range includes the commission target.
For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
