Who YOU Are
You have a practical DevOps and quality mindset, with demonstrated ability to turn reliability problems into repeatable systems.
You can write and maintain automation that improves release confidence and reduces manual testing overhead.
You understand CI/CD, environments, and deployment workflows well enough to identify gaps in tooling and process, propose concrete fixes, and follow through with measurable improvements.
You communicate clearly and work effectively across functions—partnering with designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure quality across all touchpoints, from UX to performance and reliability.
You are comfortable using AI-enhanced engineering tools in savvy and reliable ways (for example: DevOps agentic enablement, AI-assisted test generation, CI/CD failure triage, and incident investigation) and you know when to slow down and validate outputs.

Qualifications
Required
