Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a mission focused on solving some of the Intelligence Community’s most complex and innovative technical challenges.
This position is on-site in Fairfax, VA.
The DevOps Engineer will support a critical intelligence marketplace that enables agencies to discover, reuse, and deploy mission capabilities more efficiently.

Responsibilities for the DevOps Engineer include:
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructureDevelop and enhance automation solutions using Python, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline deployment and operational processesImplement and manage containerized environments utilizing Docker and KubernetesSupport CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and other DevOps technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple programs to deliver scalable, secure, and mission-critical solutions
Required Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer include:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical disciplinesHands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Linux administration, and scripting within Linux environmentsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GovCloud, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or JenkinsBachelor’s degree highly preferredActive TS Clearance or higher required
Compensation for the DevOps Engineer include:
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 a year depending on experienceFull Benefits Package:25% 401k contribution25% IBAUp to 8 Weeks of PTO100% tuition and certification reimbursement
