Role Description The Web Developer role is a full-time on-site position based in Olongapo.
The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain user-facing interfaces, ensuring responsive layouts, accessible components, and high-performance web experiences.
Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end features, collaborating with designers and backend developers, optimizing code for speed and scalability, and troubleshooting interface issues across browsers and devices.
The role also involves refining existing pages, contributing to UI/UX improvements, participating in code reviews, and staying current with modern front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, with experience building responsive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces.Candidates should possess solid Web Development skills, including a good understanding of modern web architectures and integration with APIs and services.Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to front-end work (such as JavaScript and its frameworks) and be comfortable writing clean, maintainable code.Candidates should possess foundational Back-End Web Development skills to effectively collaborate on full-stack features and understand server-side constraints.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with version control (e.g., Git), familiarity with performance optimization, knowledge of UI/UX principles, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
