As a Repair Manager, you will oversee your team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient fleet operations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely executionYou manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related servicesYou ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspectionsYou collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicatorsYou provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assignedYOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred.
