Description
Champion Lean-Agile principles and practices across the ART, ensuring alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Guide teams in adopting agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP, promoting consistent iteration and continuous value delivery.
Facilitate the development and execution of Program Increments (PIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, system demos, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Coordinate cross-team efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enabling smooth flow of information across participants.
Manage interdependencies across teams and remove impediments to foster seamless collaboration.
Identify and track risks, impediments, and dependencies that may affect ART progress.
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues or escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
Use critical thinking to navigate complex problems and maintain ART momentum.
Act as an Agile coach for teams and stakeholders, simplifying complex Lean-Agile concepts and promoting best practices.
Communicate PI objectives, progress updates, risks, and key milestones to ART stakeholders.
Interpret data to identify improvement opportunities and enable data-driven decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe, Lean, and Agile frameworks.
Strong facilitation, coordination, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and guide multiple teams toward common objectives.
Experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
SAFe RTE certification preferred (or relevant SAFe certifications
