Project Handover: Receives proper handover from project to BAU and suggests improvements in design/process to ease workflows.
Day-to-Day Support: Provides support for workplace virtualization production environment, ensuring high availability and load balancing of all core components.
Validation Testing: Conducts validation testing in UAT and change management to production, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.
Short-term Projects: Works on short-term projects related to existing system expansion or enhancement, collaborating with multiple teams to address complex issues.
Automation Development: Helps develop automation capabilities to reduce issues and complexity, streamlining operations.
Customer Experience: Maintains and improves customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring high levels of service and support.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinates with vendors and follows up to ensure timely delivery and support.
Reporting: Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on system statistics, capacity, usage, analytics, and other metrics.
