DesignFachabteilung:R&D Tech Center ChinaGesellschaft:Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd.Standort:Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd., BeijingStartdatum:sofortVeröffentlichungsdatum:17.05.2026Stellennummer:MER0003XL6Arbeitszeit:Vollzeit BewerbenAufgabenChassis EE systems includes many critical and driving safety related components: from EPS(Electric Power Steering), BRS(Brake Regulation System ESP) and expand into Intelligent Active Suspension Control System and TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System).Being a Software/Hardware Development Engineer for such systems at Mercedes-Benz, you will have the chance to work on a wide span of responsibilities:System development: Take lead of EPS hardware development, being involved for the full development cycle of the system, from requirements gathering and system design to prototyping, integration testing and release.Technical implementation: Analysis and implementation of technical requirements in close coordination with mechanical, electronic and software teams. Participate in the defining and execution of EPS system test plans, including software and hardware testing. Solve technical problems in the EPS system development process and provide effective solutions.System integration: Ensuring the integration of components and systems into the vehicle architecture. Interface with vehicle integration and ADAS teams to achieve functional requirements through collaborative efforts.Innovation management: development and implementation of new concepts and technologies, in particular by-wire technology, electromobility and automated driving.Analysis and testing: carrying out system analyses, simulations and tests to ensure performance and reliability.Technical documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and specificationsInvolved into the creation and validation of the relevant system Functional Safety (FuSa) developmentWorking closely with suppliers & plant for component development and industrialization.QualifikationenEducation:Master degree or above, major in electrical engineering, computer engineering, information engineering, embedded systems, automotive engineering or a related engineering fieldExperience:Profound Chassis EE systems SW/HW (EPS, ESP etc.) design, testing and release knowledge at OEMs or Tier1 suppliersSpecific Knowledge:Proficient in automotive brake control systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; have an in-depth understanding and insights into the development trends of automotive products and technologies;Strong technical know-how on cross domain vehicle network communication protocols;Good understanding on Automotive AUTOSAR architecture;Strong Ownership and high Motivation to solve difficult problems with cross-function team;Strong decision making ability;Strong teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude;Strong mentorship skills with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence;Fluent English as working language, German is a plus;Adequate driving skills.
