This motivated team always looks for opportunity to automate repetitive tasks using Microsoft Power automate, N8N and python.We are looking for you – a team player with an innovative mindset, strong customer focus, analytical thinking and a passion for new challenges! With us, you will support us in automation projects as well as a wide range of diverse and exciting tasks that have a significant impact on the entire organisation. Tasks:Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows using platforms like Power Automate, N8N or python to streamline document-heavy business processes.Manage dynamic content and variables to ensure data flows correctly between disparate systems like SharePoint, Excel, and APIsRegular meeting with various stakeholders to understand their requirementsDevelop and refine System and User prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure outputs meet specific compliance or analytical standardsOptimize existing automation for speed and cost-efficiencyDocument technical architecture, including URI structures, API versions, and variable definitions, to ensure maintainability by the wider teamPresenting the results and process in team or department meetingsMiscellaneous tasks like writing or editing intranet article and creating presentations on need The activity can start from August 2026.QualifikationenStudying Bachelor or Masters in engineering or sciences, preferably with a focus on Computer science, Information Technology, Data analytics, AI or a comparable field of studyProficient English skills, both spoken and written, German is a plusConfident handling of MS OfficeBasic knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI, Power Automate, Azure, N8N and python is an advantageIndependent and structured way of working, quick grasp of new topics, and strong analytical thinking skillsStrong engagement and teamwork skillsAnalytical thinking paired with a strategic approachA high level of commitment Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
