Job Overview: We have an immediate opening for an Assembly Intern position.Reporting to the Assembly Manager, the Assembly Intern provides the best possible support by assisting with all aspects of factory planning and engineering and helps to ensure that the ongoing plant expansion runs smoothly. Responsibilities: Assist areas such as Trim, Chassis, End-of-Line or Quality Assurance in ProductionProcess documentationFeasibility analysis of optimization projectsOptimize daily processes with new ideasOverview and updated, detailed scheduleCoordinate project steps with plant operationsRead and interpret drawings when neededAssist and lead meetingsTaking meeting minutes and KPI editingProcess optimization of production line processesImprove quality transparency by creating dashboardsTime studies and analysis of bottlenecksProcess analysis and process improvement ideas and implementationProject planning using Microsoft plannerTime studies and poke yoke implementationsAssist where needed by the department or other areas Skills: Preferred studies in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information System Engineering or other related/similar fieldsExperience with Information SystemsExperience with lean manufacturing and methodologiesUnderstanding of OEE and manufacturing KPI'sGood communication and presentation skillsPower-BI and related softwareMicrosoft Office SuiteInterest in process optimization and problem-solving Qualifikationen Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant degree is required to participate in the intern program.
