In order to accelerate our ambitions as Mercedes-Benz Tech India you will be looking at the following challenges ahead of you:In the business domain of Finance & Controlling (FC), the “Production Finance and Sales Finance” are two main parts of the Group Functions that deal with P2P, O2C and R2R processes using the core FC IT Solutions such as OneERP, cbFC, F1Light, CoFiCo, NACOS, and others.Objectives of the Job:• Ensure timely accomplishments of high quality Product / project deliverables aligned to the overall BU strategy• Ensure People management in the context of Business and people strategy• Ensure appropriate focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions in the team deliverables.Roles & Responsibilities: Functional Capabilities (specific to the role):- Strategize based on demand forecast within the relevant ARTs and enable Product teams with the required skills & resources to fulfill the product demands- Lead Functional & Technical staff to deliver their respective roles within the product teams, with focus on continuous improvement and bringing innovative solutions in the business functions space.- Build / manage Quality Engineering concepts to enable Test management within the relevant ARTs- Contribute to Capability structure within the IT/FC space- Enable the relevant learning modules within the ARTs via upskilling / cross skilling- Build and Maintain Structured framework for Onboardings and Knowledge retention- Coordinate with Product teams for possible technology interventions to solve business problems Project Ownership: Lead functional teams on Business deliverables and ensure adherence to project time and quality. Contribute to increased Business through more projects and FTEs for your cooperation at MB Tech India; Be cognizant of the larger Business purpose strategies like ShiftRIGHT, Program X/Radical Standardization to ensure steady contribution to Business growth at Mercedes-Benz’s IT Group Functions.Change Management: Lead and manage organizational changes (strategic or functional) to ensure team alignment and acceptance to the new ecosystem – Catalyze team performance in transforming times of Mercedes-Benz Tech India by being the Change AgentCross-functional Collaboration: Lead intra and cross departmental initiatives to help the team expand their knowledge horizon and awareness; Foster a culture of co creation in the team for better Business results.Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure stakeholder expectations are regularly met; Have scheduled connects with global and local stakeholders to share Business updates with them to maintain consistent credibility – become their trusted advisorPeople Management: Acquire the right talent to deliver best Business results; Coach and develop them to boost individual and team performance; Identify strengths; Engage in career conversations and effective conflict management.
