Who you areYou have 2–4 years of experience in as a BDR/SDR in a consultative, high ACV (high 5 figures) sales motion, selling to a technical buyer.
You have experience leading, coaching, or mentoring BDRs (formal team lead role or clear “go-to” within the team).
You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick, and you enjoy connecting with people.
You have a high EQ and use it to coach others: you listen deeply, give clear feedback, and help people get better fast.
You are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable using CRM and outbound tools to design, run, and optimise outbound programmes.
You have impeccable written and verbal communication which is precise and follows MECE principles.
DesirableYou have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry.
What the job involvesLooking at our overall goals, adequately resource, onboard and manage the performance of the BDR team.
Optimise teammates' performance by analysing and dissecting their outreach efforts.
Analyse overall commercial goals and collaborate with teammates to set and calibrate business development targets.
Work closely with the Sales and Growth team to design and execute on new campaigns and launches.
