Job DescriptionRole Summary
The Inventory Controller oversees inventory performance across multiple stores, ensuring strong stock
governance in both 3PL and owned distribution centers as well as dark stores.
The role is accountable for
maintaining high inventory accuracy, controlling shrinkage, optimizing stock levels, and standardizing
processes across countries.
This position acts as a central control tower, driving alignment between supply chain, warehouse
operations, finance, commercial, and store teams to protect margin and improve working capital
efficiency.

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation of physical and system stockIdentify, analyze, and resolve stock variances and shrinkage trendsLead cycle counts, full stocktakes, and ad hoc physical verificationsMonitor stock cover and Days on Hand to prevent overstocking or stockoutsManage slow movers, discontinued items, and excess inventoryCoordinate closely with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure proper receiving, QC, picking, and dispatch controlsOversee return processes, transfers, and supplier-related adjustmentsConduct SKU-level analysis to highlight risks and improvement areasPrepare clear inventory performance reports for managementSupport the month-end closing and reconciliation with finance
