This role is for a senior leader within Glovo’s Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations.
THE JOURNEY
Analysing relevant data to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations.Improving and contributing to the upgrading of the delivery time, the efficiency of the couriers and delivery’s costs.Closely cooperating with the global operations team and General Manager right-hand in any strategic topic.Ensuring operational excellence and stellar customer experience, by strategic management of supply chain status.Assessing strategic opportunities, performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysesImplementing, standardizing and executing processes in all citiesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (couriers and third party logistics)Team Leadership & Culture: Develop and mentor team leads, fostering a high-performance culture and growing top talent.
