You will sit at the heart of our Finance Transformation, working as the primary functional partner to billing, tax, and accounting experts. You'll turn their requirements into global process blueprints and technical specifications, designing end-to-end data lineage from the marketplace into major ERP systems. Partner with product and commercial leaders to ensure new business lines are designed for automation from day one, and protect the global core by challenging local markets to drop manual workarounds.

As our O2C Process Excellence Lead, you are the architect of the Order-to-Cash journey.
You will take complex financial policies and translate them into a "Touchless" reality.
You sit at the heart of our Finance Transformation, bridging the gap between our Technical Platforms and the local operational reality.
THE JOURNEY
Translate Rules into Reality: Work as the primary "Functional Partner" to our Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs.
You take their requirements and turn them into Global Process Blueprints and technical specifications.Architect the "Touchless" Flow: Design the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).Stakeholder Negotiation: Partner with Product and Commercial VPs to ensure new business lines are designed for automation before they launch.Standardization Guard: Protect the Global Core.
You will challenge local markets to drop manual "workarounds" and adopt the global automated standard.
