Full Stack Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build scalable, cloud-native applications and modern contact center solutions on top of Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend technologies, Python backend development, AWS cloud infrastructure, and integrations with Pindrop authentication and fraud detection workflows. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsBuild responsive UI components and integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and microservicesDevelop secure, scalable backend services and cloud-native applications on AWS using EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related servicesIntegrate Pindrop authentication, fraud detection, and voice security workflows within applicationsSupport Amazon Connect and contact center integrations including SIP and call flow workflowsImplement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and observability using tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, CloudWatch, and SplunkOptimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across frontend and backend systemsCollaborate with product, design, platform, and operations teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutionsParticipate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support activities
