Description
The Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and reports across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and other Workday modules.
This role partners closely with HR, Finance, IT, and third‑party vendors to ensure accurate data exchange, scalable reporting solutions, and stable production operations.
The consultant will leverage Workday tools such as EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Report Writer, and Prism Analytics to deliver reliable integrations and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities Workday Integrations Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB – inbound & outbound) Core Connectors (Worker, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, etc.) Workday Studio (advanced integrations) Custom APIs and REST/SOAP-based services Build integrations with third‑party systems such as: Payroll vendors Benefits providers Identity management (e.g., AD, Okta) Finance, banks, and external applications Manage full integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues Support Workday releases and testing cycles (R1/R2) Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain Workday reports including: Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports Dashboards and scorecards Build calculated fields, prompts, filters, and business process reporting Support regulatory, audit, and operational reporting requirements Leverage Workday Prism Analytics (if applicable) for advanced data modeling and analytics Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports Functional Collaboration
