Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint development.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in SailPoint customization, connector troubleshooting, workflow management, and enterprise security integrations across distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and support SailPoint IAM solutions across enterprise environmentsConfigure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors and integrationsCreate and manage advanced workflows, forms, rules, policies, and certificationsBuild, release, and import Identity Access related changes across environmentsManage UAT and Production deployments and support release activitiesIntegrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and cloud platformsWork closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth IAM operationsSupport federation and authentication technologies including SAML and related security frameworksTroubleshoot IAM incidents and provide advanced technical supportParticipate in Agile development and delivery processes
Must Have Skills:
Strong development experience in SailPointAdvanced knowledge of IAM technologies and distributed enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with SailPoint customization:Rules (BeanShell/Java)WorkflowsFormsPoliciesCertifications / Access ReviewsExperience in troubleshooting and configuring SailPoint connectorsStrong understanding of enterprise workflows and advanced troubleshootingExperience with Identity technologies and application integrationsExperience with security access systems in enterprise and cloud environmentsStrong understanding of Federation, SAML, and related IAM conceptsExperience working with Active Directory and SAP integrationsExperience managing UAT and Production deployments
Good to Have:
Experience working in Agile environmentsKnowledge of Active Directory and/or LDAPCertifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CCIE Security
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work independently in global teamsImmediate joiners
