The role
We’re looking for a medior or senior full-stack engineer with a strong affinity for frontend and native app development.
You enjoy building intuitive, high-quality user experiences and feel comfortable moving between backend logic, modern frontend frameworks, and native mobile platforms.
You care about clean code, performance, and usability, and you like collaborating with designers and product teams to turn ideas into polished, user-facing features.

Work order creation - from text, voice, and operational signalsWorkflows and (AI) automationsInventory managementAnalysis and reporting modulesCommunication functionalitiesNative app developmentYou’ll work end-to-end: from problem framing to production, evaluation, and iteration
What we’re looking for
You are a medior or senior full-stack engineer with strong affinity for frontend and native app development, while being comfortable with backend logic.
4+ years of experience in full-stack engineeringStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g.
React, Vue, or similar)Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience building and maintaining backend services and APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)Familiarity with native or cross-platform mobile app development (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)Experience building API's with multiple languages/frameworks (Python+FastAPI/Flask, C#+.NET core, Java+Spring Boot, PHP+Laravel)Comfortable with/to learn our stack: Python, FastAPI, Postgresql, React, Tailwind CSS, Git, Github, AzureExperience with: - Cross platform app development
- Automated testing / testing practices across frontend and backend
- Backend deployment (CI/CD workflows)
Understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance considerationsStrong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teamsProduct-minded: you care about user experience, quality, and impactProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously
