What You’ll Do
Work within a flat team structure, collaborating through pair programming, whiteboarding, and shared architectural discussionsTake part in a strong peer‑review culture, where all code is reviewed and learning is actively encouragedCollaborate with Product Owners, Account Managers, and Operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and keep applications stable and reliableParticipate in sprint planning and wider Scrum ceremonies, helping to shape delivery and improve how the team worksContribute ideas that support continuous improvement across code quality, tooling, and ways of working
What We’re Looking For
Commercial experience with modern languages and frameworks such as PHP, JavaScript, React, or similar technologiesA solid understanding of MVC patterns or modern JavaScript frameworksExperience working with Git and collaborative development workflowsStrong communication skills, with a genuine interest in learning, evolving your skillset, and sharing knowledge with others
