Mid-Level Full Stack PHP Developer

About the Role We are looking for a mid-level full stack PHP developer to join our product and technology team to support ambitious projects across both Picniq and Into The Blue. You’ll work on improving and evolving our core platforms, helping to deliver new features, maintain existing systems, and contribute to the ongoing modernisation of our technology stack. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and building high-quality web applications in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Be Working On Building and maintaining features across our customer-facing websites and internal systemsWorking closely with product, design, and engineering teams from idea through to deliveryDeveloping responsive, user-friendly frontend experiencesContributing to backend services, APIs, and integrationsSupporting and improving existing PHP applications and servicesWriting clean, maintainable, and testable codeHelping identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and developer workflowsCollaborating on technical decisions and contributing ideas to the wider teamSupporting operational teams with setting up complex attractions and making changes to existing APIs What We’re Looking For We’re more interested in strong engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn than matching an exact tech stack.
