You’ll be: Building and delivering modern web projects end-to-endWorking across WordPress (custom themes), Next.js, React, PHP and modern JavaScriptDeveloping RESTful APIs and headless CMS architecturesWorking with SQL, PostgreSQL and database-driven systemsManaging hosting environments, deployments, DNS and server setupsImproving CI/CD workflows, testing, QA and site performanceScoping technical work and helping shape project solutionsBuilding internal tools, dashboards and automationHelping drive AI and automation initiatives across the agencyInfluencing development standards, processes and best practices This role suits someone who enjoys both building and improving — not just maintaining.
