Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build a configurable, UI-driven self-service platform for contact center operations on top of Amazon Connect.
The platform enables business users to manage call routing, queues, and outbound campaigns without requiring code changes or developer intervention.
The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and microservices, along with working knowledge of frontend technologies to support UI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring BootBuild backend systems to support dynamic call routing, queue management, and configuration-driven workflowsDevelop services enabling outbound campaign management and dialer customizationCollaborate with UI teams to power self-service interfaces used by business usersIntegrate applications with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)Abstract and manage business logic outside of Amazon Connect to enable flexible configurationsEnsure systems support real-time updates without requiring deploymentsOptimize performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systemsParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and production support
