Our values are Activism, Transparency, Dedication and Greatness and Collective. Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Logistics Agent to join the Warehouse and Consignment Team in Brooklyn. This role is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.About the role 🖥️ We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Logistics Associate to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products flow smoothly through our facility from receiving to prepping, to getting them ready to ship. What you will do 👜 Help manage the movement of inventory while hitting performance (KPI) targets Receive and scan inbound shipment into systemLabel, scan, and sort incoming product Break down and dispose of boxes and waste daily Problem solve complex cases to deliver best service possible Flag and communicate operational issues (e.g., shipment delays, missing or damaged items) to the appropriate team or lead immediately Execute packing and shipping preparation tasks efficiently, following all company protocols to ensure safe and accurate deliveries. Assist with processing product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Assist with storage preparation, including organizing, labeling, and handling items for proper placement. Regularly lift and transport merchandise up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs, using proper lifting techniques.
