Job DescriptionAs a Process Improvement Specialist (m/f/d), you will become a key driver of efficiency within the Business Process Excellence team at SIXT.
You will take ownership of complex processes, using your analytical mindset and hands-on approach to challenge the status quo and shape the future of our global business processes. In this role, you will combine data-driven insights with strong communication skills to deliver high-impact results across the entire organization.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing core business processes to increase efficiency across the organization You create process documentation (BPM2.0) and visual maps to ensure transparency and standardization You will collaborate with process owners and process experts on assigned end-to-end processes, develop process improvement roadmaps, and implement them together You help define and derive meaningful KPIs to monitor process performance and drive data-driven decision-making  You manage diverse stakeholders by communicating complex process changes clearly and ensuring alignment across different departments You lead global project workstreams using BPM, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Background You have 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, process mining or similar roles, and hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher) Methodological expertise You possess knowledge of BPM, Six Sigma or agile frameworks and feel comfortable applying these in a fast-paced environment Analytical skills You have a background in data and process analysis with process mining, allowing you to transform raw information into actionable insights Stakeholder management You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures across different departments Technical skills You are proficient in workshop facilitation and process mapping. Experience with requirements management is beneficial Language skills You have excellent English skills, German skills are a plus WHAT WE OFFER
