About the Role We are looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our web application portfolio and corporate website, all built on OctoberCMS / WinterCMS (Laravel-based PHP CMS).
The successful candidate will not only design and implement features across the stack but also own the Docker-based deployment pipelines on Azure and AWS.
This is a hands-on role for someone who embraces a "you build it, you run it" mindset.
Responsibilities
Development (Full-Stack): Design, develop, and maintain features across multiple web applications.
Build custom plugins, components, and APIs using PHP 8.2+ and Laravel 12.
Develop frontend UI using Twig, Tailwind CSS, Vue.js, and Bootstrap 5.
Design database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL). DevOps & Infrastructure: Maintain Docker assets (multi-stage Dockerfiles, docker-compose).
Operate workloads on Azure (App Service, AKS) and AWS (ECS/EKS, EC2, S3).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).
Implement observability and manage deployments.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional PHP / Laravel experience. Proven production experience with OctoberCMS or WinterCMS. Strong command of PHP 8.2+, Composer, and advanced SQL skills. Hands-on experience with Docker and docker-compose. Production experience on at least one of Azure or AWS. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and a modern JS framework (Vue.js preferred). Comfortable on Linux command line and shell scripting. Ability to read and write technical documentation in English. Mindset: A strong "can-do" attitude, proactive, and ready to take responsibility in a young startup environment.
