Senior Backend Engineer (PHP / Laravel ) - AI Fintech Dublin - Hybrid (2 days onsite) €70,000 - €80,000 + benefits + equity About the Company We're partnered with a scaling Irish tech business building AI-driven products in the fintech sector. They've got real traction, real customers, and a strong engineering team already in place. This is a senior hire to help shape and improve an existing product. The platform is well established but now needs someone who can: Raise engineering standardsImprove structure and best practicesMentor and support other engineersBring a bit more ownership and direction into the teamYou'll be working closely with an experienced Architect, but you'll be expected to bring your own ideas and influence.
