Join the Agentic SWAT team within the AI Center of Excellence at Nationale Nederlanden (NN).The Agentic SWAT is deployed on the most complex, high-impact, and time-sensitive AI challenges across the organization—where classical solutions fall short and agentic systems shine.As a GenAI Engineer in the Agentic SWAT, you will design and deliver advanced, multi-agent AI solutions end-to-end: from problem discovery and rapid prototyping to hardened production deployments.
You will operate at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and business transformation, tackling challenges that directly affect customers, risk, compliance, and operational excellence.What you are going to doYou will design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions that address urgent and strategically critical business problems.

Key responsibilities include:Design and develop agent-based AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g.

You bring:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related field3–6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or applied ML in production environmentsStrong experience in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous application designHands-on experience with agentic LLM frameworks (e.g.
LangChain, LangGraph) and tool/function callingProven ability to productionize AI solutions, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, security, and governanceSolid understanding of the data science lifecycle and close collaboration with data scientistsExperience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and KubernetesExperience with infrastructure-as-code and automation (Git, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)The ability to independently deliver complex, high-impact AI solutions in close collaboration with the businessWho you will work withYou will be part of the Agentic SWAT team within the AI Center of Excellence.
